Our Facilities

St Marys Hall and Lounge Both facilities are available for regular or one off bookings. St Marys Church The church can be made available for hire with the agreement of the Vicar. Rate by negotiation. Tosswill Lounge, Prebbleton The lounge at All Saints Prebbleton is also available for hire. Contact the parish office for the hire rate.

Cemeteries

St Marys Cemetery is an historical cemetery which has been in the area since the late 19th century so holds many historical graves. There are currently no further plots available for burial in the cemetery for new purchasers. However, there is also a Columbarium Wall for the interment of Ashes. Spaces are available to members of the public to purchase a space in the Columbarium Wall. Contact the office for an application to purchase a space in the Columbarium or for cemetery enquiries. Life Activities

Baptism Baptisms are generally held during one of our morning services. Contact the Vicar to arrange a suitable date, family and friends are encouraged to come and support the baptism family. No fee is charged but there is an opportunity to make an offering. Marriage Both the St Marys Church, Halswell and all Saints, Prebbleton are available for wedding services. Contact the Rev John Shoaf for all wedding enquiries including fees, Funerals and Interment Rev John is available to conduct funerals as requested.The hall can also be made available for refreshments after a service. Interment of ashes, either in the Columbarium Wall or in pre purchased plots is conducted by Rev John in all cases. He will arrange to do this at a time suitable for family members.
